The Road Accident Fund (RAF) will visit the communities of Thulamahashe and Nkangala in Mpumalanga on Saturday, 29 September.
Crash victims can expect RAF staff to give the highest standard of care and professionalism when it’s Mpumalanga and Pretoria regional workforce set up a multi-functional office at Thulamahashe Tennis Court, Thulamahashe, and Verena Cluster Hall, Nkangala respectively from 08h00 to 16:00.
At the heart of this community outreach is service delivery and making a difference to claimants, including everyone affected by the scourge of road crashes. Assistance will be provided on:
– direct registering of new claims;
– consolidation of required claim compliance documents; and
– reporting of cases involving alleged touting and misappropriation of RAF payments by attorneys.
Community members are encouraged to bring their ID documents to the event for enquiries and information on their claims.People who are unable to attend the event are encouraged to visit the RAF at RAF’s Mpumalanga / Mbombela Customer Service Centre at Canary Walk Mall, Shop No. 11, 8 Bester Street, Nelspruit.
Alternatively, they can go to any of the following easily accessible Hospital Service Centres situated throughout the province: Standerton Hospital (Standerton); Witbank Hospital (Witbank); Evander Hospital (Evander); Rob Ferreira Hospital (Nelspruit); Tonga Hospital (Tonga); Themba Hospital (White River / KaBokweni); Mapulaneng Hospital (Bush-buckridge); Ermelo Hospital (Ermelo); Piet Retief Hospital (Piet Retief); Mmametlhake Hospital (Mmametlhake); Kwa-Mhlanga Hospital (Kwa-Mhlanga), and Embhuleni Hospital (Nhlazatshe/Elukwatini)
